INTERNAL
FENCES
28 March 2007 Re: Taking down
internal fences and closing of homesteads Dear
Landowner As discussed at the landowner’s information session on the 10th of March, the due date for the completion of the perimeter fence is the 18th of April 2007, which means that we will have to start preparing for taking down the internal fences. As per the Dinokeng Land Incorporation Offer, you as landowner shall be entitled to dismantle any of your existing internal/external fences, commencing within 14 days and completing within 90 days from the effective date or on completion of the perimeter fence in the event that this occurs after the effective date. You have the options of removing the internal fences yourselves and shall then retain ownership of the fences, if you have not dismantled the fences within the stated period, the fence shall be dismantled by ManCo who will then be entitled to deal with such dismantled fences as it deems fit, including donating it to the community. We as LOA are prepared to help you with taking down your fences and we specifically want to make use of this opportunity to develop a socio economic income for our community. We request that you please inform our offices of whether you will be taking down the fences yourselves or whether you want to donate them to the LOA, a donation agreement will then be completed between yourselves and the LOA. As per the Land Incorporation Offer, your private homestead may be fenced off by yourself at your own cost. Please note that it is of utmost importance that we keep our staff safe at all times and the responsibility lies on you as landowner to make sure that this will happen. As mentioned previously in the letter, time is running out and we as LOA want to ask you to please start fencing in your homesteads should you wish to do so. We as the Landowners Association are looking forward to work with you and give advice regarding the above. Please feel free to contact our offices should you want to discuss anything or have any questions. Regards DB5 Landowners Association |
